Hylton Hale has served on various local and off-shore racing committees,
including SA Sailing and Royal Cape Yacht Club. Currently he is the MD of Cape Sailboats (Cape 31 Licence Holder) and MD of Worldsport Sailing.

Class Chairman
Bjorn Geiger has served on Royal Cape Yacht Club's Sailing committee and
IRC National committee. His Exco includes ORC Class Chairman Luke Scott and Lipton Cup Trustee David Hudson

Mark Mills specialises in racing yacht design. Based in Ireland but active around the world, Mills Design is one of most successful design offices of recent years, and has won numerous titles and awards.

Founder Ellian Perch has over 25 years in boat building experience, ex Director and shareholder of Robertson & Caine the second largest catamaran builder in the world. Ellian also comes with yacht racing experience with his well known Team Orion campaigns. Ellian is supported by well known boat builder Stephen du Toit and Davey James is the project and marketing team leader for the Cape 31 build
